Last year, Sonic Youth - who are currently on indefinite hiatus – announced a refurbishment of their pre-Geffen, out-of-print catalog. They re-released their seminal album Daydream Nation (yes, again) on 2xLP and CD, followed shortly thereafter by The Whitey Album, their one-off as Ciccone Youth.
