Iggy Pop Poses Nude for Life Drawing Cla...

The session was organized by the Brooklyn Museum and conceived by British artist Jeremy Deller. The resulting drawings, created by 21 artists ranging in age from 19 to 80, will be showcased in a Fall 2016 Brooklyn Museum exhibition titled “Iggy Pop Life Class,” which will then go on tour. Crystal Castles‘ new album will be Ethan Kath’s first without former singer Alice Glass, who contentiously left the group last year. Today, the group announced the album will be out this spring. It features Glass’ replacement, Edith Frances, and was produced by Kath, with mixing by Lexxx. The record is based on their soundtrack to Atomic: Living in Dread and Promise, a documentary aired last year on the BBC. Today, they’ve shared the video for “Ether” from the record, featuring footage from the documentary.
