A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg Play Rapping Bodega Cats on HBO’s "Animals:" Video

We previously reported that A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg would lend their voices to “Animals,” HBO’s new animated series about anthropomorphic New York City animals. It turns out they portray a pair of rapping bodega cats on tonight’s episode. Footage of their appearance has surfaced via Pigeons and Planes. Below, watch Rocky and Ferg spit about feline life (including lines like “my mattress, that shit is in the bread aisle.”) At one point, Kanye West walks into the bodega to buy rice. A mouse hides in his pocket, before jumping out to rap alongside the two cats. (Basically, the whole thing is like a lost Meow the Jewels video.)

Besides Rocky and Ferg, the “Animals” voice cast includes Kurt Vile, Jessica Chastain, Nick Kroll, Adam Scott, Marc Maron, Rob Corddry, Eric Andre, Cobie Smulders, Wanda Sykes, and more.
