Action Bronson and Mario Batali Make Food Inspired by Bronson's Mr. Wonderful

Action Bronson‘s new album, Mr. Wonderful, is out now. To celebrate, the rapper linked up with celebrity chef Mario Batali during a trip to Batali’s Eataly market in New York City, where they made pizza, sampled mozzarella and cured meats, and lived the culinary high life. (Bronson even brought a pair of Walkmans so Batali could check out his music, as you see above.)

Bronson said Batali inspired him to go to culinary school, adding: “He’s an artist, I’m an artist, it’s all about vibes.” Or, as Batali says during a toast: “To hip-hop culture.” Check it out below, via Munchies.

In an interview with Hot 97, Bronson also said he and Batali, along with chefs Michael White and Michael Voltaggio, are working on a “visual cookbook” to accompany Mr. Wonderful. “Three incredible chefs making the top quality, finest foods that I’ve inspired with my music and my mouth,” he said.
