Amy Winehouse Documentary Trailer Revealed

Four years after her untimely death, Amy Winehouse is being remembered with Amy, a two-hour documentary which arrives in British theaters July 3. It’s directed by BAFTA-winning director Asif Kapaida (best known for Senna, 2010′s biopic about the late Brazillian racing champion Ayrton Senna), and tells the story of the London singer’s life and artistry through extensive footage compiled from various points in Winehouse’s life and career. Today, Kapaida et al have shared a trailer for the film previewing these scenes – including one early conversation where Winehouse, asked to project her levels of future fame, bluntly (and incorrectly) replies, “I don’t”. Check it out below.
