Arcade Fire will receive the Allan Waters Humanitarian Award during this year’s Juno Awards Gala Dinner & Awards, Billboard reports. The band has raised roughly $9.6 million, trained volunteers, and “engaged over 500,000 fans in the fight for the people of Haiti.”

“It is an honour. We are very thankful,” said Regine Chassagne in a statement. “It helps us continue the work.”

In 2006, Arcade Fire began donating a dollar of each concert ticket sold to Partners in Health, a nonprofit organization that helps provide health care to poverty-stricken areas of the world.

The Juno Gala Dinner & Awards will take place on April 2 in Calgary, Alberta, which is the day before the awards show ceremony.
