Arcade Fire’s New Song “Everything Now” Is a Daft Punk Collaboration: Listen

Arcade Fire have shared official audio for new song “Everything Now,” the title track from their new record. The song is produced by Arcade Fire, Steve Mackey (of Pulp), and Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter, who is also credited with providing synthesizers. They also produced the whole record (with co-production by Markus Dravs). In addition, frequent collaborator Owen Pallett (and Arcade Fire) did the arrangement on “Everything Now,” and afro-jazz musician Patrick Bebey played flute. Listen to the track below. “Everything Now” came out on vinyl yesterday at Primavera Sound ahead of the wide release this afternoon. Everything Now is due out July 28 via Columbia Records.
