Band of Horses, Franz Ferdinand, Grandaddy, Midlake Supergroup BNQT Announce Debut Album, Share New Song: Listen

At the end of 2015, it was revealed that members of Midlake, Grandaddy, Band of Horses, Franz Ferdinand, and Travis had formed a new supergroup and were at work on a new album. At last, the debut album from BNQT (shortened from the previously reported “Banquet”) has been announced. It’s out April 28 via Dualtone/Bella Union.

The band features Midlake members Eric Pulido, McKenzie Smith, Joey McClellan, and Jesse Chandler. Joining them are four singers: Band of Horses’ Ben Bridwell, Franz Ferdinand’s Alex Kapranos, Grandaddy’s Jason Lytle, and Travis’ Fran Healy.
