Baths Announces Geotic LP Sunset Mountain, Shares "Flit Around the Rivulets"

Will Wiesenfeld, aka Baths, sometimes makes music as Geotic. In July, he self-released Morning Shore, a full-length album that was entirely made with guitars. It was billed as the first part of the Eon Isle trilogy, in which “each release is sourced entirely from a single instrument”. Now, he’s announced that the second part, Sunset Mountain, will be out on December 16, via the Geotic Bandcamp. You can listen to “Flit Around the Rivulets” above.

Sunset Mountain was sourced entirely from Wiesenfeld’s voice, and was recorded in Lake Arrowhead, California. The cover, which you can see above, was painted by Wiesenfeld’s mother, Jude Wiesenfeld. The third part of the trilogy, Evening Sky, will be out next spring. It’s focused around the piano.
