Beach Slang Announce New Album, Share New Song “Punks in a Disco Bar”: Listen
Last year, Beach Slang released their debut album The Things We Do to Find People Who Feel Like Us. Now, they’ve announced the follow-up. It’s called A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings, and it’s out September 23 via Polyvinyl. That’s the artwork below. “A lot of the songs [on Loud Bash] are the stories of the kids who got turned on to Beach Slang by the first album,” says Beach Slang’s James Alex. “They’re autobiographical, too, but kind of at a remove—I’m not that young kid anymore, but I used to be.” The announcement is accompanied by the album’s lead single, “Punks in a Disco Bar.” Find the song, the tracklisting, and the band’s upcoming tour dates below.
