Beck Wins Album of the Year Grammy, Kanye Runs on Stage

Beck has won the Album of the Year Grammy at the 2015 Grammy Awards for Morning Phase. The award was presented by Prince, and during his acceptance speech, Kanye started running up on stage. (Perhaps, once again, in protest of Beyoncé not winning.)

Update: E! has posted Beyoncé and Jay Z’s reactions to Kanye storming the stage. Watch below.

In his intro, Prince said, “Albums… remember those? Albums still matter. Like books and black lives, albums still matter.” Watch it all below via The Hollywood Reporter.

Beck also won the Best Rock Album Grammy. And he performed “Heart Is a Drum” accompanied by Coldplay’s Chris Martin. Watch that below.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé won for Best R&B Performance for “Drunk In Love”.

Earlier tonight, Aphex Twin, Kendrick Lamar, St. Vincent, Beyoncé, Jack White, Beck, and Pharrell became early winners. Check out the details of their pre-show wins here.

Sam Smith also won a Grammy for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album, as well as Song of the Year and Record of the Year, and Pharrell took home a Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance for “Happy”. (Earlier in the night, he also won for Best Urban Contemporary Album).
