Big Boi Enlists Gucci Mane and Pimp C for New Song “In the South”: Listen

Big Boi has shared another song from his upcoming Boomiverse album, which is due June 16 via Epic. It’s called “In the South,” and it features Gucci Mane and a posthumous contribution from UGK’s Pimp C. Listen to it below on Apple Music. Big Boi recently shared Boomiverse tracks “Mic Jack,” featuring Adam Levine, and “Kill Jill” with Jeezy and Killer Mike. Both songs received videos as well. Other artists who are set to appear on the record include Snoop Dogg and Curren$y. Boomiverse is the follow-up Big Boi’s 2012 Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors LP. In 2009, Gucci Mane and Big Boi teamed for a song called “Shine Blockas.”
