Bikini Kill Stream Revolution Girl Style Now Reissue

Bikini Kill‘s 1991 demo tape Revolution Girl Style Now is getting reissued on September 22 via Bikini Kill Records. Now, the band has made the reissue available to stream. In addition to the original demo, it includes the unreleased tracks “Playground”“Ocean Song”, and “Just Once”. Stream the whole thing below.

Revolution Girl Style Now was originally recorded by Pat Maley at ABC House in Olympia, Washington. For this reissue, Fugazi’s Guy Picciotto mixed and John Golden mastered the tracks.

In 2012, Bikini Kill announced a career-spanning series of reissues released through the group’s then newly-founded label, Bikini Kill Records. (The reissues came in celebration of the band’s 25th anniversary.) In November that year, the band reissued their self-titled EP; then, last year, they put out an expanded version of Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah, their 1993 split with Huggy Bear.
