Billy Corgan and Cyndi Lauper Cover the Crystals’ “There’s No Other (Like My Baby)”: Watch
Last night, at Cyndi Lauper’s Home for the Holidays benefit concert at New York’s Beacon Theater, she was joined by Billy Corgan for a performance of the Crystals’ 1961 song “There’s No Other (Like My Baby).” Lauper also played “Time After Time” with Aloe Blacc, and rallied together a group of the night’s performers to sing “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.” You can watch that below (via Stereogum). The benefit raised money for the True Colors Fund, an organization co-founded by Lauper, which works to end homelessness among LGBT youth.
