Bloc Party Announce New Album HYMNS

Back in 2013, Bloc Party announced a hiatus; in the interim, frontman Kele released his latest solo album Trick. Now, the band are back once again. Their new album will be called HYMNS, and it’s out January 29, 2016 via Infectious Music/BMG/Vagrant. The LP was produced by Tim Bran (La Roux, Scissor Sisters) and Roy Kerr (Ladyhawke, Little Boots), with David Wrench (Caribou, FKA twigs) manning the mixing boards. That’s the cover art above.

Previously, Bloc Party released the single “The Love Within”, which is the first song off HYMNS. Listen to it and check out the rest of the track list below. Recently, they performed at Maida Vale for BBC Radio 6 Music, where they did two other songs from the forthcoming record, “Exes” and “The Good News”.
