Blood Orange Releases Freetown Sound: Listen

Dev Hynes’ new Blood Orange album Freetown Sound, the follow-up to 2013’s Cupid Deluxe, was scheduled for a July 1 release on Domino. Now, Hynes has released the full album three days ahead of schedule. Listen on the platform of your choice.

Dev Hynes wrote and produced Freetown Sound himself. The album gets its title from the capital of Sierra Leone, where Hynes’ father was born. Freetown Sound is available as a deluxe 2xLP vinyl, which comes with a 10” vinyl featuring the 2015 songs “Do You See My Skin Through the Flames?” and “Sandra’s Smile.”
