Broken Social Scene’s Brendan Canning Announces New Album, Shares “Book it to Fresno”: Listen

Broken Social Scene’s Brendan Canning is releasing a new solo album called Home Wreaking Years. It’s out on August 12 via Arts & Crafts. The album features Broken Social Scene members Sam Goldberg and Justin Peroff, as well as Liam O’Neil (the Stills, Kings Of Leon). Inspiration for the record struck when Canning was building the live band for his 2013 album You Gots 2 Chill. The announcement is accompanied by the lead single “Book it to Fresno.” Find the song and the album’s tracklisting below.
