Buzzcocks Announce New Box Set

Buzzcocks have announced a reissue of their debut EP Spiral Scratch. Originally self-released by the band in 1977, the reissue arrives January 27 via Domino. They’ve also announced a reissue of Time’s Up, a studio bootleg of the band’s first-ever studio recording session, which is out March 10 (also on Domino). Reissued to celebrate its 40th anniversary, Spiral Scratch will be released digitally, on 7″, and in a new box set, Buzzcocks (mk.1) Box, which will also include Time’s Up, reprinted photographs, concert flyers, pins, and a reimagined print of Manchester punk zine “Shy Talk.” The box set also arrives March 10.
