Cee-Lo Green “Alive and Well and OK,” Explains Phone Explosion Video
Earlier today, footage circulated of Cee-Lo Green collapsing after his phone appeared to explode next to his head. While people were understandably concerned about the singer’s condition, Green has now confirmed, via Facebook live, that he is “alive and well and OK.” As it turns out, the moment in the video was staged and filmed as part of an upcoming project. He explains, “What you saw today was a clip from a smaller video that we were shooting for a new project I’m doing called ‘Gnarly Davidson.’” He also teased that new music that’s related to the filmed incident is forthcoming. He ends by apologizing to anyone disturbed or upset by the footage.
