Chance the Rapper Says He’s Rented Entire Theater for Free Screening of Jordan Peele’s Get Out

Chance the Rapper is a fan of Get Out, the new movie from Jordan Peele (of Key and Peele). He made it known early this morning, yelling to his followers: “DID I NOT TELL YALL #GETOUT WAS INCREDIBLE!! BEST FILM ACROSS ANY GENRE IN AWHILE GO SEE IT TODAY!” Six hours later, he calmly informed everyone he’d bought “all the tickets” to a screening of the film at Chatham Theatre in Chicago. Pitchfork was unable to reach the Chatham Theatre, but a listing on the site shows that three screenings of the film tonight—at 5:30 p.m., 8 p.m., and 10:30 p.m.—have indeed sold out. See Chance’s tweets below.
