Charli XCX Cast in The Angry Birds Movie
Charli XCX has been cast in The Angry Birds Movie, the upcoming animated film based on the popular mobile games. Producer John Cohen announced on his Twitter that she will voice a bird named Willow, as The Hollywood Reporter points out. That’s Willow above, on the right. Watch the film’s trailer below.
The Angry Birds Movie hits theaters May 20. It stars Jason Sudeikis as a very angry bird named Red. Kate McKinnon, Peter Dinklage, Keegan-Michael Key, Hannibal Buress, Bill Hader, Maya Rudolph, and more have also lent their voices to the movie.
