Chipotle Enlist Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne, Biz Markie, More for New Children’s Show

Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne, Biz Markie, Portgual. The Man, and more are featured in a new children’s series, as Stereogum points out. It’s called “RAD Lands,” and it’s presented by Chipotle and developed with the creators of “Yo Gabba Gabba!” The series follows “The Cultivators,” who are “an elite team of intergalactic kids protecting the galaxy’s plants and animals.” Chefs Amanda Freitag, Michael Voltaggio, and Duff Goldman are also featured on the program. Check out the trailer below.

Chipotle has a history of working with musicians. In 2013, Fiona Apple covered a Willy Wonka song for one of their commercials. Last year, Jim James and Brittany Howard sang a Backstreet Boys song for an ad.
