Cloud Nothings Talks Jazz, "Cosmos", Tour Exhaustion on "Entrevista"

In his new interview for Pitchfork.tv and Canal 180‘s “Entrevista” series, which features behind-the-scenes chats with artists (“Entrevista” means “interview” in Portuguese), Cloud Nothings frontman Dylan Baldi discusses everything from jazz and photography to “Cosmos” and tour exhaustion. Watch the episode below.

At one point, Baldi describes his fervent desire to create. “There have been months where I haven’t been able to practice with the band,” he says. “It sucks – I become the bad person if I don’t have this outlet for whatever emotion I’m having at the time.” He also talks about the photographs on the covers of Cloud Nothings’ albums.

Previous episodes of “Entrevista” featured the NationalChvrchesSlintMogwaiPondMac Demarco, Dirty Beaches, and Sharon Van Etten.
