Coachella 2016: Watch LCD Soundsystem Cover Prince's "Controversy"

Last week, the reformed LCD Soundsystem took to the Coachella stage in Indio to cover the late David Bowie, performing “Heroes.” This week, they honored the late Prince with a cover of his 1981 classic “Controversy.” Watch clips of the performance below. Prior to their set, the screens at their stage aired the entirety of Prince’s famous Coachella cover of Radiohead’s “Creep.” LCD Soundsystem are just the latest in a long line of artists to cover the the icon. Prince was found dead at his Paisley Park estate in Chanhassen, Minnesota on Thursday. He was 57 years old. Support poured out from across the musical community.
