Coachella 2017: Watch Father John Misty Perform, Filmed By Lana Del Rey
During his set at Coachella on Friday, Father John Misty performed a number of Pure Comedy and I Love You, Honeybear songs, including “Pure Comedy,” “Leaving LA,” “Bored in the USA,” and “When the God of Love Returns There’ll Be Hell to Pay.” See clips from the performance—including a couple shot by FJM superfan Lana Del Rey—below. Josh Tillman is just beginning his world tour behind Pure Comedy. During a recent show in San Diego, he invited support act Tim Heidecker out on stage. The pair performed Heidecker’s song “I Am a Cuck,” a parody of Simon & Garfunkel’s “I Am a Rock.”
