Coachella 2017: Watch Thundercat and Michael McDonald Play “Show You the Way,” “What a Fool Believes”
Thundercat took the stage Saturday night at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where he performed songs off his excellent new album Drunk. During the set, he brought out Michael McDonald to perform their collaborative single, “Show You the Way,” for the first time together live. They also played “What a Fool Believes.” Watch it go down below. Thundercat and McDonald previously played the Doobie Brothers classic together in September at Brainfeeder’s Hollywood Bowl concert. Earlier this year, McDonald joined Solange to play the song at Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival.
