Colin Stetson Announces New Album, Shares Video for New Track “Spindrift”: Watch

Avant-garde saxophonist Colin Stetson has announced his new album All This I Do For Glory. It’s out April 28 and features the single “Spindrift.” Watch the track’s video below. Last year, Stetson released Sorrow—a reimagining of Polish composer Henryk Gorecki’s 3rd Symphony. It’s Stetson’s first solo album of original work since 2013’s New History Warfare Vol. 3: To See More Light. In 2015, he and Sarah Neufeld released the collaborative album Never Were the Way She Was.

It’s that time again when my reclusive ruminations become real, tangible objects and offerings. In the midst of the emotional and psychological chaos of 2016, I found myself unusually (even for me) thirsty for solitude and consumed with the charge of the creative.
