Def Jam Selling Kanye “Make Chicago Great Again” Hats

In 2004, Kanye West released his debut album The College Dropout via Roc-A-Fella-Records (a subsidiary of Def Jam). Today, Def Jam has announced that the label is releasing a limited edition College Dropout bundle that comes with a “Make Chicago Great Again” hat. The hat is modeled after Donald Trump’s ubiquitous campaign hat and slogan. Check it out below, and purchase the bundle exclusively at FYE.

A wax figure of Trump appeared in the music video for The Life of Pablo’s “Famous.” Kanye producer Mike Dean recently released a track that sampled leaked audio from Trump’s 2005 conversation with Billy Bush. In August, Kanye talked about his possible 2020 presidential bid with Annie Mac.

Earlier this year, the White Stripes released their own political themed merchandise, with an “Icky Trump” t-shirt. Killer Mike entered the game with a line of clothing that featured hacked emails from Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.
