Drake’s "Hotline Bling" Video Turned Into Amazing PSA by the Philadelphia Police Department

With Winter Storm Jonas creeping up the coast and threatening the Mid-Atlantic with blizzard conditions this weekend, there’s no doubt that people will attempt to secure shoveled-out parking spots with cones, chairs, or other markers.

The Philadelphia Police Department is encouraging Philadelphia citizens not call “savesies” with a hilarious PSA inspired by Drake‘s “Hotline Bling” video, as Complex points out.
