Tonight, U2 will perform at Paris’ Accorhotels Arena in Bercy—a show that was postponed following the November 13 attacks. It was recently reported that the band would be joined by Eagles of Death Metal during tonight’s show, which is being filmed by HBO. According to a statement from U2, those reports are not true.

“Some people have been saying that Eagles of Death Metal will appear on stage with U2 tonight,” reads their statement. “This is not the case. We have another surprise guest planned for tonight’s show.‎”

Earlier this week, Homme hosted Hughes on his Beats 1 radio show “Alligator Hour”, where the two discussed their call for covers of “I Love You All The Time”.
