Electric Zoo Cancels Remainder of Festival Due To Extreme Weather

Electric Zoo has cancelled the remainder of the festival due to extreme weather conditions, according to a tweet on the event’s official twitter account. According to statements posted approximately two hours ago:

Last year, the final day of Electric Zoo was cancelled due to drug-related deaths. Recently, a man was charged with selling the drugs that led to these deaths, a development that came as festival promoters announced plans to renew security efforts and increase safety at this year’s festival.
