Father John Misty Announces North American Tour

Father John Misty has announced more tour dates behind his forthcoming record Pure Comedy (out April 7 via Sub Pop/Bella Union). Following a handful of European stops, FJM begins a North American tour in April. Shows include previously announced sets at Coachella and FORM Arosanti. Find his full itinerary below. Josh Tillman is also set to perform on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.

Since announcing the album, he has shared its title track, “Two Wildly Different Perspectives,” and “Ballad of the Dying Man.” He also premiered “Leaving LA” during a BBC Radio 6 session, and has released two music videos (“Pure Comedy” and “Two Wildly Different Perspectives”), a short film, and a long essay on the album.
