FIDLAR have announced Too, their sophomore album and follow-up to their 2013 self-titled debut. It’s out September 4 via Mom + Pop, and you can see the cover below. They’ve also shared the video for “40oz. on Repeat”, the album’s first single. Directed by Ryan Baxley, the video finds the band mimicking a number of videos from the ’80s, ’90s, and ’00s in delightfully lo-fi fashion. Weezer’s “Undone”, Eminem’s “The Real Slim Shady”, Oasis’ “Wonderwall”, Missy Elliott’s “The Rain” and Green Day’s “Good Riddance” are some of the referenced videos—check it out below.

The album was recorded over two weeks in Nashville, Tennessee. It was helmed by veteran country produced Jay Joyce—the first time the band had ever worked with a producer.

“We could have made record number one again… but instead we decided to challenge ourselves and admit that we don’t know everything,” singer Zac Carper said in a press release. “Up until this point we had recorded everything ourselves, so working with a producer taught us so much. I didn’t want to make a standard rock record. The goal for this album was to think outside the box and I think Jay really helped us do that.”

Additionally, they’ve announced a U.S. tour beginning in September Find those dates below, too.
