Foo Fighters Recruit Cheap Trick, Urge Overkill, Naked Raygun for Show at Chicago's Wrigley Field

Foo Fighters have announced a show at Chicago’s Wrigley Field, their first show headlining a stadium in the United States. They’ll be joined by Cheap Trick, Naked Raygun, and Urge Overkill, all of whom are Chicago acts. (Naked Raygun was the first concert that Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl ever attended, too.) It’ll take place on August 29, 2015.

Additionally, they’ve announced a Washington D.C. screening of the new, D.C.-centric episode of “Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways”, the HBO documentary series that explores the recording of their upcoming album, Sonic Highways. It will take place tomorrow, October 24, at the Black Cat, and will be followed by a live performance.

Sonic Highways is out November 10.
