Four Tet Shares Coldplay Remix on Jon Hopkins’ BBC Radio 1 Residency

Tonight, Jon Hopkins hosted the latest edition of his BBC Radio 1 Residency. This one was co-hosted by Four Tet. Kieran Hebden unearthed a remix that was commissioned and subsequently shelved: His rework of Coldplay‘s single “Fix You”. Listen to the entire show here (with the remix at the 25:50 mark). There’s also a moment where Hebden reveals to Hopkins that Pitchfork had recently posted a news story about him (for his Yeasayer cover). “Is it that bloody picture again where I look like a poor man’s Henry Rollins?” That’s the one!
