Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange Returns to Album Chart

Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange last appeared on the Billboard 200 chart on May 18, 2013. Now, his 2012 album has returned to the chart at No. 146, Billboard reports. Channel Orange made its way back to the chart after selling 5,000 units (up 40 percent) and seeing a 35 percent increase in “on-demand audio and video streams” (7 million in total). 

There is still no sign of Ocean’s new album Boys Don’t Cry, which The New York Times reported would arrive on August 5. The mysterious livestream that Ocean launched earlier this month has remained largely unchanged. Read “Frank Ocean’s Boys Don’t Cry: The Complete Timeline” on the Pitch.
