Giorgio Moroder’s forthcoming album – his first in three decades, natch – isn’t the only new project the legendary producer’s got in the works. Speaking with the British magazine Clash earlier this month, Moroder revealed that Disney has approached him to compose music for a new Tron video game (FACT originally reported the news). What’s more, he’s been working with Skrillex on the project: “We have about five themes, electronic stuff and let’s see if he’s interested in remixing or re-working one of the songs,” he told Clash.

Moroder was reticent to give details on a potential soundtracking gig for a film whose name he did not mention. “I have an offer to do a big movie,” he offered. “I cannot tell you what, but it’s… not a 150 million dollars but a big movie, big production” (past movies scored by Moroder include ScarfaceAmerican Gigolo, and Flashdance).
