Grammys 2017: Watch Sturgill Simpson and the Dap-Kings Perform “All Around You”

Sturgill Simpson performed “All Around You” at tonight’s Grammy Awards Ceremony, accompanied by the Dap-Kings. While introducing Simpson’s performance, Dwight Yoakam paid a brief tribute to the late Sharon Jones, who worked with the Dap-Kings through her career. “All Around You” is from Simpson’s Album of the Year-nominated release A Sailor’s Guide to Earth.

Shortly after the nominations were announced, Simpson commented in an interview, “I really, really wish, honestly, and no [expletive]—I would’ve liked to see Frank Ocean’s name where mine is.” Earlier in the night, Simpson took home the Grammy for Best Country Album.
