Haim and Morris Day & the Time, Weezer and ZZ Top to Form Supergroups for "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
In February, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will host a musical showcase called “Mash Up Mondays”, where they’ll enlist bands to form one-off supergroups with each other. The series begins on February 2, and will run every Monday in the month.
The first performance will feature Weezer and ZZ Top as… wait for it… Wee-Z Top. The second will feature Haim and Morris Day and the Time as… Morris Day and the Haim. The third will feature Aloe Blacc and Blackstreet as… Aloe Blaccstreet. (We are not making this up.)
That leaves one more performance to finish the month. Pray to God it’s Mac DeMigos.
