Jack White Talks The Rise & Fall of Paramount Records on “CBS This Morning: Saturday”
Jack White sat down with Anthony Mason for a segment on “CBS This Morning: Saturday”. It focused specifically on Third Man and Revenant‘s massive Paramount Records retrospective The Rise & Fall of Paramount Records. When asked what he was trying to show with the compilations, White responded, “How ludicrous that I could be, really, with my free time.”
He talked about the history of Paramount and how there’s relatively little information about several people involved with the label’s history. After the interview, Mason shows off the box before admitting that it costs “about a month of mortgage payments”.
