Jessie Ware Covers Cinderella Song “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes”
Jessie Ware has covered the classic Disney song “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes”, from the 1950 animated film Cinderella. It’ll appear on We Love Disney, a new compilation out October 30 via Verve Records/Walt Disney Records. Listen to the track below.
“Basically, I got accused of trying to sing too Disney on my first record when I was doing demoes,” Ware explained in a promotional video. “I love Disney songs so, so much, so to be able to sing on this album is a huge honor and a real treat.”
Other artists covering Disney classics on the compilation include Ne-Yo, Ariana Grande, Kacey Musgraves, Jhené Aiko, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, and more.
