Katy Perry Joins David S. Pumpkins, More in “SNL” Rap Skit: Watch

Katy Perry served as the musical guest on the season finale of “Saturday Night Live” last night, but besides performing, she also appeared in a character-stacked sketch. In the clip, Kenan Thompson plays rapper Big Chris of the New Money Crew—a wink at Young Money. After introducing his two main collaborators, Shantasia (Sasheer Zamata) and Young Bitch (Pete Davidson), he keeps getting interrupted by additional featured artists. That includes Perry and a very special appearance from a gun-toting David S. Pumpkins (Tom Hanks). Watch below. 

For her first musical performance of the show, Perry performed her new single, “Swish Swish,” without collaborator Nicki Minaj.
