Kendrick Lamar Pays Tribute to Kobe Bryant for ESPN

Kobe Bryant‘s final game is happening on Wednesday when the L.A. Lakers play the Utah Jazz. As the basketball legend’s final game approaches, Kendrick Lamar teamed with ESPN to narrate a tribute video titled “Fade to Black.” The clip is soundtracked by the untitled unmastered track “untitled 07 | levitate,” which the rapper recently performed at the NCAA March Madness Music Festival. Delivering a script written by Scoop Jackson, Kendrick recounts Kobe’s greatest accomplishments and career highlights. Watch it here.
