Laurie Anderson, Philip Glass, Nicolas Jaar, Lambchop Set for Big Ears Festival

The avant-garde festival Big Ears returns to Knoxville, Tennessee from March 31 to April 2. The lineup, headed up by composer-in-residence John Luther Adams, has been announced.

Laurie Anderson and Philip Glass will present the North American debut of their collaboration. The lineup also features Nicolas Jaar, Lambchop, Yo La Tengo, Shabazz Palaces, Bonnie “Prince” Billy, Sunn O))), Andrew Bird, Angel Olsen, Ben Frost, Kamasi Washington, Wolf Eyes, Andy Stott, Faust, Circuit des Yeux, Nico Muhly, Bombino, Marc Ribot and Joe Henry, Anthony Braxton, and many more.
