Leonard Cohen’s Son Pens Tribute to His Father

Last week, the news of Leonard Cohen’s death prompted outpourings of grief from the music world. Yesterday, Cohen’s son, Adam Cohen, who produced You Want It Darker, wrote his own tribute on Facebook. He described the quiet burial ceremony, before praising his father’s many virtues. He said, “As I write this I’m thinking of my father’s unique blend of self-deprecation and dignity, his approachable elegance, his charisma without audacity, his old-world gentlemanliness and the hand-forged tower of his work.” Read it in full below.
