Liars Announce New Album, New Lineup, and Summer Tour

Angus Andrew has announced a new Liars album, recorded following the departure of founding member Aaron Hemphill. Due sometime in August, the LP is Liars’ first since 2014’s Mess. The title has not yet been announced. Andrew has also uploaded five short clips to YouTube of electronic instrumentals accompanied by unsettling nature shots — their combined titles spell the word “THEME.” Andrew will be accompanied by a new touring band for Liars summer festival tour dates throughout European, the US, and Mexico.
