Despite signs of reconciliationLil Wayne is still suing Birdman, as TMZ reports. His demands are the same: He wants the long-delayed Tha Carter V to be released, and wants the millions of dollars he believes he is owed.

Earlier this week, Wayne and Birdman appeared to put aside their differences after appearing together on stage at a Miami nightclub. “This is my mother fucking son and I’ll die for him, I’ll live for him, and I’ll mother fucking kill for him, you heard me?” Birdman said, gesturing to Wayne. “That ain’t gonna never change.”

However, TMZ characterized the Miami appearance as “mostly sentimental.” Citing sources at Young Money, they say it was Birdman’s attempt to repair his and Wayne’s personal relationship. Last night, Birdman posted a photo on Instagram of himself in the studio with Wayne.

In addition to Wayne’s lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money, Cash Money also sued Jay Z and Tidal over The Free Weezy Album. Birdman, along with Young Thug, was also accused of conspiring to kill Wayne.
