Listen to Gorillaz’s New Song “The Apprentice”
Gorillaz have shared another new track from their forthcoming record Humanz. It’s called “The Apprentice,” and it features Rag‘n’Bone Man, Zebra Katz, and RAY BLK. The bonus song appears on the deluxe version of the record. Hear it below. “The Apprentice” premiered on MistaJam’s BBC Radio 1 show. Recently, MistaJam hosted the first-ever video interview with Gorillaz’s Murdoc Niccals and 2D. Humanz is due out this Friday, April 28 via Parlophone. Gorillaz briefly premiered the record on their augmented reality app.
Prior to “The Apprentice,” the Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett-created group shared “Hallelujah Money” (with Benjamin Clementine), “Saturnz Barz” (with Popcaan), “Andromeda” (with D.R.A.M.), “Ascension” (with Vince Staples), “Let Me Out” (with Mavis Staples and Pusha T), and “We Got the Power” (with Jehnny Beth of Savages).
