Listen to Miguel’s New Song “Cadillac” From Netflix’s “The Get Down” Soundtrack

On August 12, Baz Luhrmann’s new TV series “The Get Down” premieres on Netflix. The soundtrack is out the same day via Luhrmann’s label, House of Iona, and RCA Records. It features contributions from Nas, Grandmaster Flash, Zayn, Nile Rodgers, and more. Today, Miguel’s song for the show, “Cadillac,” premiered on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 program. Hear it below.

“The Get Down” follows a group of teenagers in the Bronx coming of age in the late 1970s. It tells the story of hip-hop’s origins amid New York City’s financial turmoil. Shameik Moore, Justice Smith, Jaden Smith, Herizen Guardiola, and others star on the show. It was executive produced by Nas, and Grandmaster Flash served as associate producer.
