Earlier today, Hamilton creator/star Lin-Manuel Miranda detailed The Hamilton Mixtape, in collaboration with the Roots’ Questlove. The first offering from the release is the Roots’ take on “My Shot [Rise Up Remix],” featuring Busta Rhymes, Joell Oritz, and Nate Ruess of fun. Stream it below. The mixtape also features Chance the Rapper, Sia, Nas, Common, Regina Spektor, the Roots, Francis and the Lights, Alicia Keys, Wiz Khalifa, Kelly Clarkson, Riz MC, and more. Listen to Clarkson’s take on “It’s Quiet Uptown” below as well. The mixtape follows the cast recording for the musical.
